This year the Turkish and Dutch Consulates, together with the Turkish Australian Culture House Inc are collaborating with the Araluen Botanic Park to hold a Turkish and Dutch themed cultural festival during Araluen's Tulip Festival. Each year volunteers are invited to help plant the tulip bulbs. This year there are a record 120,000 tulips to plant.
